Mon-Thurs: $200/night
Friday: $275/night

Rates fluctuate due to holiday demand and length of stay. We always offer single night stays.
A reservation is not confirmed until the deposit is received. Deposits are accepted by check, MasterCard, Visa, Discover, or American Express.
Because of the limited number of rooms, last minute cancellations greatly affect us. In the event that you must cancel or change your confirmed stay within two weeks of your check-in date, a minimum cancellation processing fee of $25 will be charged, plus $25 per room, per night. We will attempt maximize your deposit refund by re-renting the room if you cancel within two-weeks of your stay.
Rooms are completely non-smoking. If you decide to smoke in your room you will be charged a $300 cleaning fee. You will be charged an additional rate of the room if it is not immediately rentable after your departure.
